PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
The Freeport 3-person outdoor traditional sauna is constructed of aged Canadian hemlock wood for durability and features a shingled roof to protect against the elements.
A front window and glass-enclosed door offers plenty of natural lighting, while the double paneled wall construction provides superior heat retention. The HARVIA 4.5kW electric heater with lava rocks will reach temperatures up to 170 degrees.
Additional features include:
Chroma therapy mood lighting.
A Bluetooth speaker system.
A hygrometer.
A sand timer.
A 55-inch-wide bench seat makes it a comfortable sauna for three people.
Harvia 4500-watt heater. Sauna requires a single 20-amp 240V dedicated power supply. Plug not included. The sauna can be hard-wired or have a plug installed.

SunRay, unlike many manufacturers, does not use wires to conduct FAR Infrared heat,
rather we apply the perfect thickness of ultra-conductive carbon to an epoxy resin panel
activated by positive and negative copper strips on either side. The epoxy resin panel is then
laminated which results in ultra-low EMF levels safe for continuous use.
SunRay Saunas contain wooden panels that are pre-packaged in cardboard boxes and then
placed on a wooden pallet to ensure the sauna arrives without damage. The cardboard
boxes can be removed from the pallet and will fit through any door size 24” or greater.
Our saunas are not pre-assembled. They arrive in panels which are secured together
with screws and metal latches. Assembly takes approximately one hour.
Orders placed prior to noon on any weekday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed
after noon on any weekday will be shipped the following weekday. Online orders placed on
the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
Shipping information
We only ship this electric
indoor sauna
to the lower 48 states and do not combine shipping or offer local pickup. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO'S. Do not hesitate to contact us for whatever you want!
Return Information
We stand by every product we sell. We will do everything we can to make you happy with your purchase. Still, if, for some reason, you're not satisfied within the first 60 days after receiving the product, we will refund your money or send a replacement item.
We will refund your money, excluding return shipping charges when there is a remorse return case such as Just didn't like it, Doesn't fit; Found a better price, and all other reasons not related to the item's quality.
We encourage you to protect yourself from loss or theft by insuring the return shipment and sending it by a shipping carrier that offers tracking services, such as USPS Certified Mail, UPS, or FedEx. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving a Return Authorization Number. Be sure to save the receipt for your records. We regret that we cannot issue any credit or refund for an item damaged, lost in shipping, or sent COD.
